Instagram & Facebook Reels

  • I had the opportunity to create a video for Instagram and Facebook reels to showcase my client’s new property listing
  • The video provided our target audience with a visually engaging virtual tour of a new rental property in Tamarac, Florida 
  • I handled the entire production process, from recording footage to editing the final video, ensuring it met my client’s objectives  
  • This video generated high engagement, including 669 plays, 102 likes, 8 comments, and reached 512 unique accounts on Instagram
  • As a result of the video’s success and the effective promotion of the property on social media, my client was able to rent out the property quickly
  • I had the pleasure of editing a captivating video for my client’s company holiday party
  • Using the footage provided by my client and his wife, I curated a video to highlight the memorable moments of the event
  • It was designed to offer our audience a glimpse into the personal life of the real estate agent, fostering deeper connections with his audience on social media platforms
  • This video generated impressive engagement metrics, including 431 plays, 108 likes, 38 comments, and reached 395 unique accounts on Instagram
  • By showcasing my client’s personal moments, this video helped strengthen his connection with his audience and enhance his online presence

YouTube Videos

  • I had the privilege of editing a captivating virtual property tour video for my client’s new listing in Fort Lauderdale
  • I seamlessly combined the clips provided by my client and added a voiceover in Spanish (with the realtor speaking), as well as subtitles in both English and Spanish to meet the needs of his diverse audience
  • Our goal was to better connect with the Spanish-speaking audience that the realtor serves, as he caters to both communities in South Florida
  • This video was posted on YouTube as part of my strategy to grow our YouTube presence
  • Despite being in the early stages of growing my client’s YouTube channel, the initial performance metrics are promising, with 102 impressions, a 3.9% impressions click-through rate, and 12 views
  • As we continue to refine our content strategy and expand our reach, we anticipate further growth and success in leveraging YouTube as a marketing platform for my client’s real estate business

Credit Counseling Services Company

Project Overview:

  • Crafted compelling content in Spanish using Canva 
  • Strategically scheduled posts for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, for both Debt.com and Consolidated Credit

  • Enhance the online presence of Debt.com and Consolidated Credit among the Spanish-speaking community in the United States
  • Increase brand visibility, engagement, and drive traffic to the companies’ websites 
  • Position both companies as trusted resources in the Spanish-speaking community for financial education and credit counseling services

Carousel Post

  • I was tasked with creating a comprehensive carousel post. This post aimed to guide students through the application process for Debt.com’s scholarship program for Hispanic students
  • Each of the seven images in the carousel post was carefully designed to convey specific instructions and key information related to the scholarship application process
  • The primary goal of this post was to simplify the scholarship application process for Hispanic students and encourage them to take advantage of the available opportunities for financial assistance
  • The post was shared on both Instagram and Facebook to reach a broader audience 
  • The carousel post obtained positive engagement and feedback from viewers

  • I used Canva to create a compelling post to encourage audience participation in our online survey
  • We aimed to incentivize viewers to participate by offering them the opportunity to enter a $150 gift card giveaway after they completed the survey 
  • The video was designed as a text-based reel, featuring visually engaging graphics and concise text to convey the message more effectively

Instagram & Facebook Stories

  • I designed text-based Instagram and Facebook stories to educate and inform our audience about different financial topics, in this case, the four key components of a budget
  • I utilized the “Animation” tool within Canva to make the text and graphics dynamically appear on the screen
  • I included a swipe-up link to drive traffic to our website and provide our viewers with additional information on the topics discussed in the stories
  • By providing valuable content and a clear call to action, we aimed to increase engagement and provide additional resources to our audience
